THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO MAKE SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK

Place the onion pieces in the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. ground black pepper, cinnamon, and smoked paprika and in a small bowl. Place the flour in a bowl and rub the spice mixture over the pork.

Before adding the seasoned pork to the pan to sear on both sides, heat the oil in a large pan. Next, coat the pork in flour. Once it begins to brown, place the meat on the onion slices in the slow cooker.

In a large jug, mix all the ingredients for the slow cooker pork and pour the mixture over the meat. Put the lid on and cook for 8 hours on low.

Remove the meat from the slow cooker and pour off the cooking liquid when you are ready to serve.
