Peanut Butter Fudge is a great dessert that is perfect for sharing at work. I have tried several recipes for peanut butter custard, but this one is the easiest and tastiest.

This peanut butter fudge recipe only takes four ingredients and ten minutes to make. The dish can be difficult to prepare, but with my favorite handmade easy peanut butter fudge recipe, you can make this delicious dessert in no time.

HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE?

The butter should melt in a pan over medium heat.

Brown sugar and milk should be added while stirring before cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

After turning off the heat, add the peanut butter and vanilla seeds.

Pour the heated butter and sugar mixture over the powdered sugar into a large bowl. The mixture should be smoothed with a wooden spoon.

Pour the mixture into a 20 cm (eight in) square baking dish. At least 4 hours should pass before chopping. Then put it in the fridge to cool down.

Cut the fondant into squares with a sharp knife and Enjoy!

ALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

  • 120 ml/4 FL oz. milk
  • 250g/9oz Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 125 g/412 oz. butter
  • 500g / 1lb 2oz dark brown sugar

HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE?

Peanut butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or at room temperature for up to a week.

CAN PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BE FROZEN?

Yes! This peanut butter fudge can be stored in the freezer for three months. The fondant should be wrapped securely in wax paper and then once again in aluminum foil. Fudge that has been wrapped in foil should either be placed in a freezer-safe container or covered with additional foil. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

WHICH IS BETTER PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE, HARD OR SOFT?

Since fondant is a crystalline candy, it is flexible enough to be easily cut with a knife or nibbled. Amorphous candies range from very hard to chew. Fudge is made by mixing all the ingredients together, cooking it to 234 degrees, letting it cool to 110 degrees without stirring, and then whisking until smooth.
