EASY LUNCH LADY BROWNIES RECIPE

by mobi_22

The cherry on top of these Lunch Lady Brownies recipes makes them taste like fudge! They are very rich and wealthy. It is a long cry from what you might expect to hear from the lunch lady, but that is where they started.

Travel back in time with these vintage brownies! This recipe is perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth, whether you’re making them for your kids or eating them all yourself.

These nostalgic cookies from the lunch lady are extremely spoiled! They resemble the sweet, thin cookies that were usually served in school cafeterias. These are much better though. In addition, we serve sprinkled.

THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO MAKE A LUNCH LADY BROWNIES Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Add the melted butter and chocolate powder to the bowl of an electric stand mixer. Blend with the paddle attachment until smooth.

Include sugar and flour. Combine and then beat in the eggs and vanilla. Just enough to mix. Avoid over-mixing. (Batter will be thick)

Spread the batter evenly after pouring it into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes before frosting. When you freeze cookies, you want them warm.

Chocolate frosting:

All the ingredients for the frosting must be whisked until smooth. Pour over brownies and spread. Allow cooling completely before slicing. You can always add a bit of milk before spreading the frosting on the brownies if you find it too thick.
