The oven should be prepared and preheated to 190 C or 375 F.
A 9-by-13-inch baking pan should be sprayed with cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in an oiled baking dish.
Mayonnaise, Asiago cheese, wine, Greek yogurt, onion powder, nutmeg, and garlic powder should be mixed in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Divide the sauce evenly.

WHAT CAN I USE INSTEAD OF ASIAGO CHEESE?
If you do not like the astringent taste of asiago, many other types of cheese will work. Try using pecorino Romano or parmesan cheese.
