EASY CLASSIC BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE

An appetizer for classic Buffalo wings that everyone will love! These wings are covered in a handmade buffalo sauce made up of hot sauce, honey, and buttery richness. Who could refuse? Enjoy these Traditional Buffalo Wings dipped in your preferred creamy, cold dressing.

The typical fried Buffalo wings have deliciously seasoned flour.

TIPS FOR MAKING BUFFALO WINGS:

Mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl.

Using a large spoon, toss the wings in the flour mixture to coat well. Place the wings in a large bowl.

The wings should be refrigerated for at least 30 minutes after being placed on the baking sheet with the baking rack below.

Meanwhile, heat oil to 350° to 360° F in a large skillet or deep fryer.

In another small saucepan, combine the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and ground pepper over low heat. The ingredients should be thoroughly mixed and the butter should be melted.

Carefully place the wings into the hot oil and fry for 10 to 11 minutes, or until crispy and golden.

To drain the wings, remove them to a bowl lined with paper towels.

Yes! Place the cooled wings in a freezer bag or container and remove as much air as possible before freezing. Wings can be frozen for up to three months in a sealed bag.

HOW TO REHEAT BUFFALO WINGS?

If you want to reheat leftover wings, place them in a baking dish and roast at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until a digital thermometer inserted into one of the meatiest pieces reads at least 165 degrees.
