  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg and mix until well combined.
