EASY BAKED SWEET POTATOES RECIPE

This baked sweet potato dish is really simple, nutritious, and delicious and makes a great addition to any dinner. It is unpretentious, easy to prepare, and rich in vitamins and minerals. Simply spread on butter and season with salt and pepper to serve. Cinnamon used in small amounts is also tasty.

ALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING BAKED SWEET POTATOES:

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Just enough olive oil should be used to cover the bottom of a baking dish made of glass or non-stick material.

Cut the peeled and cleaned sweet potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Place it in there and toss it with a little olive oil to coat it. Add salt, pepper, and oregano.

Bake for about an hour in the preheated oven, or until they are soft and springy on a fork.

Serve as a side dish with butter or fill with your preferred filling.

HOW TO STORE BAKED POTATOES IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

Store whole or halved sweet potatoes or scooped-out flesh in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
