Ingredients

  • Choose your zip, pick favorite stores
  • 5 carrot, chopped
  • 3 onion, chopped
  • 2 can (16 oz each) whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
  • 1 large head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 oz (1 envelope) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) cut green beans
  • 2 qt tomato juice
  • 2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 10 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) beef broth

 

Directions

Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, bell peppers, and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover the vegetables. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
