  • 1/4 cup of diced onion

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
